Upgrade Travel Option (UTo) Rules
1.Upon completing Upgrade Travel Option (UTo) Sign-up, you
 
a.cannot opt out of the Upgrade Travel Option (UTo) program and cannot change it;
b.authorize Optiontown to upgrade you, at the sole discretion of Optiontown; and
c.have agreed to pay Upgrade Price. If you are not upgraded to Premium Economy by Optiontown, the Upgrade Price for that flight will be automatically refunded within 5 business days after the flight departure.
2.In the event Optiontown upgrades you to Premium Economy.
 
a.you will be entitled to all the standard amenities associated with Premium Economy Class including frequent flyer miles and additional baggage allowance and airport lounge (whereever offered).
b.all passengers in a booking reference number (PNR) shall be upgraded together and
c.you will be informed about the upgrade on the email address provided by you.
3.In the event you wish to make any changes to your booking, you need to contact the organization from where you purchased your original ticket and your original ticket fare rules shall apply for such changes made.
 
a.In the event you make any changes in your itinerary after Upgrade Travel Option (UTo) sign-up, then you may come back to Optiontown to move your Upgrade Travel Option (UTo) selection to the new flight by paying applicable price. To do so, retrieve your PNR on our website and then visit Manage My Option link. However, it's not guaranteed that you will be upgraded on the newly changed flight.
b.If you were already upgraded on the original flight but could not be upgraded on the new flight, then only the additional price paid to move the Upgrade Travel Option (UTo) sign-up from original to new flight will be refunded back within 5 days after the new flight departure, and the upgrade price paid for the original flight will be non-refundable.
