With Empty Seat Option, you'll arrive at your destination refreshed, active and ready to go.
How does it work? - If you have a flight booking on any of our airline partners, you can sign-up for Empty Seat Option by paying a nominal price.
- You will be notified via email of your empty seat assignment usually 1 to 3 days but no later than four hours before the flight departure. If not assigned, your Empty Seat Price will be refunded to you within five days after the flight departure.
A single person can also choose to get either one adjacent empty seat or one 3-Seat FlatBed for more personal space and comfort. If you are traveling with a companion, you may choose a separate Flatbed for each of you or just a single Flatbed to share. If you are traveling in a group of more, you can choose a separate Flatbed for each one of you or a few Flatbeds exclusive to your group. Can a group of 2 or more passengers get a separate 3-Seat FlatBed for each passenger? - Yes, you can get a separate 3-Seat FlatBed for every passenger in your booking. For groups, the different FlatBeds will be assigned closer to each other subject to availability. The available choices will be displayed at the time of the sign-up.
