[+] What is MBo? How does it enhance travel experience?

If you are booked on a flight but want more Travel Flexibility, MBo can help you to fulfill your desire. MBo allows you to hold confirmed availability on additional flight(s) of your choice, and up to 1 day before departure, you can choose the flight you want to fly on. Thus, MBo provides you with Travel Flexibility and enhances your travel experience. In case of unsure travel plans, now you are no longer subjected to either missing flights or missing meetings, rather MBo offers you the comfort to choose flight according to your last minute travel needs.

When you sign-up for MBo, you can also choose the MBo deadline (either 1 or 3 days prior to departure) up to which you can decide the flight you want to fly on. MBo guarantees*(see Terms of Service) a seat to you on the MBo flight up to the MBo deadline.

Your booking remains unchanged till you take your final decision. If you decide to take the MBo Flight, you can do so easily with a single-click on Optiontown.com and your booking will be rebooked automatically. Else, if you decide to stay on the originally booked flight itself, your booking will remain unchanged.

Example

I)	Sam is booked on the Friday evening flight, however he needs some Travel Flexibility.
II)	To get flexibility, he signs-up for MBo and picks the Saturday morning flight as his additional MBo flight.
III)	With his MBo, Sam gets the right, up to Thursday evening (i.e. one day before Friday), to decide if he wants to fly on Friday or Saturday.
IV)	Sam's booking remains unchanged till he takes his final decision. If he decides to fly on Saturday, his booking will be rebooked automatically to the Saturday flight. Else, if Sam decides to take the Friday flight, his booking will remain unchanged.
V)	This provides additional flexibility to Sam to alter his flights according to his schedule needs and enhances his overall travel experience.

[+] Does MBo guarantee that I will be shifted to my MBo flight?

Yes, MBo guarantees*(see Terms of Service) a seat to you on the MBo flight up to your selected MBo deadline. MBo guarantees* (see Terms of Service) that you will be rebooked to your pre-selected MBo flight provided you notify Optiontown of your final decision before the selected MBo deadline. You can notify Optiontown only once about your final decision. Once you have notified Optiontown of your decision, you cannot reverse it.

[+] What's the price for MBo?

You pay a small Sign-up price (around $1 or so) and a nominal MBo price. The exact price depends on various factors depending upon the route, flight date, peak/off-peak season etc. You can obtain the exact price by retrieving your booking on optiontown.com.

[+] Do I have to pay anything extra if I decide to move to MBo flight?

No, you do NOT have to pay anything extra if you decide to move to MBo flight. You only pay a small Sign-up price and a nominal MBo price at the time of MBo Sign-up. After the MBo Sign-up, there is no further payment required.

[+] Can I decide to shift to any flight I prefer by using MBo?

No, you can only choose to move to the MBo flight you selected at the time of MBo Sign-up. However, while you are signing-up for MBo, you may select any of the available flights as your MBo flight.

[+] What is the eligibility criteria for MBo? Which flights can I select as MBo flight?

You must have a confirmed booking with one of our airline partners.The MBo availability is dynamic hence the optimized options are offered accordingly.

[+] Which flights can I select as MBo flight?

The availability for flights that can be selected as MBo Flights is dynamic and you will need to actually visit our website to see which flights are availabe at that time. If your desired flight is unavailable, please feel free to check back later as availability may change and it may become available later.

[+] Do I get a refund of my money if I decide to not move to MBo flight?

No, there are no refunds even if you decide to fly on your originally booked flight. This is because Optiontown and the airline partner (you are flying on) still has to hold a confirmed availability for you till your MBo Deadline, irrespective of whether you will decide to shift or not.

[+] How many additional MBo flights can I select for one journey?

Currently, you can select only 1 additional MBo flight for each journey (O&D). However, in near future, you will be able to select more than one MBo flights and thus get even more flexibility.

[+] On which airlines can I buy MBo?

a)	Currently, you can buy MBo on AirAsia X, Adria Airways, SpiceJet and AirArabia
b)	Many of our airline partners have also partnered with Optiontown to offer MBo and we expect to launch MBo very soon with them.

[+] Will meals and baggage purchased on original flight get transferred to MBo flight if get shifted?

Generally, all services (except seat selected on Original flight ) will get shifted to MBo Flight. For further assistance you may contact customer care.
