[+] What is PFo? How does it enhance travel experience?

If you are not too happy with your currently booked flight and would ideally prefer to fly on your preferred choice flight, PFo can help you to fulfill your desire. PFo allows you a chance to be moved to your preferred choice flight at a nominal price. To sign-up for PFo, simply select your preferred flight and pay a small sign-up price ($1) and a nominal PFo price. Before departure, Optiontown may shift you to your preferred flight and will notify via email. If you are not shifted, your PFo price will be refunded within 5 days after departure. Thus, PFo offers you a chance to enhance your travel convenience and comfort as your fly on your preferred flights.

When you sign-up for PFo, you can also choose the PFo deadline (either 1 or 3 days prior to departure) up to which you will be notified if you are being shifted to your preferred flight or not. In the event, Optiontown shifts you to your preferred flight, your booking will be rebooked automatically. Else, if you are not shifted, your booking remains unchanged.

Example

I)	For his sales trip, Greg's company had booked him to depart on Sunday evening, however, his preferred choice was to fly on early Monday morning as he wanted to spend an extra night with his wife and kids. However, the early Monday morning flight was outside his corporate travel budget.
II)	So, he decided to use PFo and selected the Monday morning flight as his PFo Flight and paid a nominal PFo price.
III)	2 days before departure, Optiontown shifted Greg to the Monday morning and notified him via email. Greg was delighted to fly on his preferred flight and the family enjoyed an extra night of family time.
IV)	So, use PFo if you also want to fly on your preferred choice flight within your budget.

[+] Does PFo guarantee that I will be shifted to my PFo flight?

No, PFo does NOT guarantee you to shift you to the PFo Flight. However, if you are not shifted, your PFo price will be refunded. PFo only offers you a chance to get shifted.

[+] What's the price for PFo?

You pay a small Sign-up price (around $1 or so) and a nominal PFo price. The exact price depends on various factors depending upon the route, flight date, peak/off-peak season etc. You can obtain the exact price by retrieving your booking on optiontown.com.

[+] Do I have to pay anything extra if I am shifted to the PFo flight?

No, you do NOT have to pay anything extra once Optiontown has shifted you to the PFo Flight. You only pay a small Sign-up price and a nominal PFo price at the time of PFo Sign-up. After the PFo Sign-up, there is no further payment required.

[+] Can I change my PFo Flight after I have signed-up for PFo?

No, you cannot change your PFo Flight after the PFo Sign-up.

[+] What is the eligibility criteria for PFo? Which flights can I select as PFo flight?

The eligibility crieria is as below
a)	You must have a confirmed booking with one of our airline partners.
b)	You must have non-stop flights. Connection flights are excluded from PFo, however, we expect to offer PFo on connection flights in near future.

[+] Which flights can I select as PFo flight?

The availability for flights that can be selected as PFo Flights is dynamic and you will need to actually visit our website to see which flights are availabe at that time. If your desired flight is unavailable, please feel free to check back later as availability may change and it may become available later.

[+] Do I get a refund of my money if I am not shifted to PFo flight?

Yes, if Optiontown does not shift you to your PFo Flight, your PFo price will be refunded within 5 business days after flight departure

[+] How many additional PFo flights can I select for one journey?

Currently, you can select only 1 additional PFo flight for each journey (O&D). However, in near future, you will be able to select more than one PFo flights and thus get even more flexibility

[+] On which airlines can I buy PFo?

a)	Currently, you can buy PFo on AirAsia X, Adria Airways, SpiceJet, Vietnam Airlines and AirArabia.
b)	Many of our airline partners have also partnered with Optiontown to offer PFo and we expect to launch PFo very soon with them.

[+] Will meals and baggage purchased on original flight get transferred to PFo flight if get shifted?

Generally, all services (except seat selected on Original flight ) will get shifted to PFo Flight. For further assistance you may contact customer care.
